It is our intention to provide our clients with a professional and therapeutic home-based massage. The below policies and procedures have been written to ensure an individualized and satisfactory experience for first-time and existing massage clients.

Appointments + Intake Forms

Intake forms must be completed prior to your appointment for both new and current clients. Both forms can be found here:

Parking + Travel Fees

Please provide specific parking instructions for your Massage Therapist before arrival. If your therapist should have to pay for parking, please be prepared to reimburse.


All appointments include a $15 travel fee, which is calculated into each service. 

Payments

Payment methods accepted: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Cash, Cashapp, Venmo, Paypal

Cancellations + Late Arrivals

Things happen. That's life, and we definitely understand! If you should need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we ask that you do so at least 12 hours in advance. If you cancel/reschedule less than 12 hours prior, 50% of the service will be charged. Appointment reminders are sent out 24 hours prior to appointment times.


If you are running late for your appointment, we ask that you please inform your therapist. Understand that if your appointment begins more than 15 min late, it is not guaranteed that we will be able to accommodate and provide the full duration of your massage.


If you miss your appointment, 100% of the service missed will be charged.

We are currently a MOBILE only massage practice, and we reserve the right to deny services

Illness + Health Disclosures

If you have a cold, allergies, cough, shortness of breath, flu or flu-like symptoms, fever, or any other potentially contagious condition, it is best to reschedule your appointment until you are symptom free for at least 48 hours without the use of any medications. 


If any of the aforementioned symptoms are noticed at time of your appointment, your therapist will reschedule for the safety of both parties. Please always consider your health and the health of others, and take necessary precautions to maintain a healthy immune system.


As a new client you will fill out a health intake form at your first appointment. If you prefer, intake forms can be downloaded below and either emailed to your therapist or given to your therapist at your appointment.
